About the role
- Lead Hydro GBS Finance Global Hub Hungary, delivering transactional accounting services including AP/AR, payments, master data, procurement support, and travel services
- Drive process improvements through simplification, standardization, automation, and digitalization
- Collaborate with regional/global finance hubs and process owners to ensure standardized, benchmark-level service delivery across Europe
- Manage and develop the Hungarian Hub, including task allocation, performance management, target setting, and regular evaluations
- Align projects and developments with Hydro’s strategic goals
Requirements
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience within Finance, Controlling, Treasury or similar areas in Management or leadership positions
- Master/Bachelor/Vocational Degree in Finance field or related fields/areas
- Fluency in English and Hungarian (any other language is a plus)
