About the role
- Lead hedging and risk management for the legal entity
- Oversee capital structure and funding needs
- Ensure accurate, timely statutory financial reporting
- Deliver internal management reporting, forecasts, and financial insights
- Drive annual budgeting, long‑term planning, KPI development
- Support growth initiatives including investments and M&A evaluations
- Lead, coach, and develop the finance organization
Requirements
- MBA or at least 10+ years of business/professional experience
- Proven finance leadership in manufacturing or similar industries
- Strong strategic and analytical skills
- Deep financial expertise
- Skilled communicator and team leader
- Preferred: CPA or equivalent
