About the role
- Shape and execute the North and East regions commercial strategy in partnership with the Vice President – Distribution and Regional Sales
- Drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen customer relationships across key industries
- Lead and develop a high-performing regional sales team of Account Executives
- Provide oversight for major commercial agreements, including contract negotiations
- Establish disciplined pricing strategies aligned with financial targets and profitability goals
- Build strong relationships with key regional partners
- Collaborate with corporate marketing to execute targeted marketing strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in Sales and/or Marketing within complex, growth-oriented environments
- Demonstrated success in strategic account management, leading high-performing sales teams, and developing and executing commercial strategies that drive measurable business results
- Proven, hands-on experience managing and optimizing commercial performance
