About the role

  • Shape and execute the North and East regions commercial strategy in partnership with the Vice President – Distribution and Regional Sales
  • Drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen customer relationships across key industries
  • Lead and develop a high-performing regional sales team of Account Executives
  • Provide oversight for major commercial agreements, including contract negotiations
  • Establish disciplined pricing strategies aligned with financial targets and profitability goals
  • Build strong relationships with key regional partners
  • Collaborate with corporate marketing to execute targeted marketing strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in Sales and/or Marketing within complex, growth-oriented environments
  • Demonstrated success in strategic account management, leading high-performing sales teams, and developing and executing commercial strategies that drive measurable business results
  • Proven, hands-on experience managing and optimizing commercial performance
