About the role
- Responsible for the General Ledger and Month-end close and for Financial Statement preparation and reporting.
- Reports directly to the Controller.
- Supports the timely reporting of daily, monthly, and annual financial and operational data.
- Gains broad exposure to financial planning, reporting and operational support, positioning for future leadership within the finance department.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years’ experience in similar roles preferably including experience in a Plant Operation environment
- Bachelors Degree
- Understanding of standard costing principles and variance analysis
- Ability to perform inventory valuation, reconcile inventory accounts, and analyze inventory movements
- Experience with manufacturing KPIs
- Proficient in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP)
- Knowledge of capital expenditure tracking
- Experience preparing financial reports, cost analysis and performance metrics
- Understanding of internal controls, compliance standards and support for audit processes.
