About the role

  • Systematic development through an approximately 18-month trainee program tailored to individual development goals to prepare you to take on responsibilities as a Sales Engineer.
  • Comprehensive onboarding into production and sales processes through hands-on, on-the-job training.
  • Gradual introduction to independently managing customer relationships.
  • Insights into sales, application engineering, production, and logistics.
  • Ownership of exciting project topics already during the trainee phase.

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree (university/technical university) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • Strong technical understanding and a passion for sales.
  • Internships or working-student positions providing relevant practical experience.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build networks across different hierarchy levels.
  • Very good German and English language skills.
  • Confident user of common MS Office applications.
  • Reliable team player who contributes their own ideas.
