About the role
- You manage a team of 8 people, including 3 direct reports
- You are responsible for deploying the Quality policy across both sites
- In collaboration with the commercial teams, you maintain regular contact with clients regarding quality issues
- You define and implement continuous improvement action plans aimed at increasing customer satisfaction and reducing the costs of non-quality
- You are also responsible for supplier relations for quality-related matters
- Finally, you lead the control laboratory team (monitoring chemical treatment processes for profiles) and manage oversight of lacquering labels and crimping certifications
- As a member of various Europe-wide Quality working groups, you share best practices with our other sites.
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Quality (QHSE master, engineering school)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in quality within an industrial production environment, complemented by team management experience
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact confidently internally (production, methods) and with customers and suppliers
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and develop solutions
- Rigorous, persistent and autonomous, while maintaining good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent English enabling easy communication with European counterparts.
