About the role

  • Work autonomously and analytically in managing the company’s logistics operations.
  • Responsible for structuring, analyzing and continuously improving warehousing, cross-docking and distribution processes.
  • Operational control: analyze and monitor the operations of Distribution Centers.
  • Propose and implement improvements to standardize operational routines, controls and information flows.
  • Define, review and manage logistics performance indicators.
  • Develop and maintain management and operational dashboards.
  • Extract, cleanse, consolidate and analyze operational data from corporate systems.
  • Lead or co-lead continuous improvement initiatives for logistics processes.
  • Act as the focal point between Logistics, Transportation, Planning, Commercial/Sales, Finance and IT.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain or related fields.
  • Previous experience in logistics operations, distribution centers or an industrial environment.
  • Solid knowledge of logistics processes (warehousing, cross-docking and distribution).
  • Logistics performance indicators (KPIs and SLAs).
  • Proficiency in analytical tools: advanced Excel; Power BI (data modeling, basic/intermediate DAX and dashboards); SQL for querying, extracting and consolidating data; Python for report automation and processing operational data.
  • Experience with ERP, WMS or TMS.
