About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You take overall coordination responsibility for all technical matters related to the setups operated for your customers
You act as the indispensable link between customers, our operations teams and IT Service Management
You review change requests and verify that technical documentation is up to date and complete
You advise your customers on the development of their IT landscape with a focus on innovation and efficiency improvements
You lead Technical Review Meetings and Change Advisory Boards and support operational risk and information security management
In critical incidents you serve as an escalation point and help identify and implement sustainable solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration, a degree in computer science, or an equivalent qualification
At least 5 years of professional experience in managing IT services according to ITIL, preferably in coordinating roles (colocation, managed or application services)
Advanced skills operating heterogeneous environments (Linux/Windows) and solid experience with virtualization, storage, backup, networking and firewalls
Accurate formulation and moderation of technical matters both with technical experts and at management level
Experience dealing with regulatory requirements of financial supervision bodies or public-sector clients
Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
