About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support in managing customer relationships and contributing to the optimization of IT services
Preparation and compilation of service reports and assistance with regular reporting
Preparation and follow-up of service meetings, including minute-taking
Participation in Service Level Management, in particular monitoring and documenting customer-specific SLAs
Assistance in identifying customer requirements and in the continuous improvement process
Involvement in communicating root causes (RCA) and actions within Problem Management
Support in preparing and following up on audit activities and reviews
Coordination with internal departments to ensure service quality

Requirements

What you’ll need

Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or comparable vocational qualification
Initial professional experience (1–2 years) in IT services or IT Service Management desirable
ITIL Foundation certification or willingness to obtain it within a short timeframe
Basic understanding of IT infrastructures and services (colocation, managed, and cloud services)
Strong service and customer orientation and willingness to learn
Structured and careful working style, team player, and strong communication skills
Business-fluent German and good English skills, spoken and written
