About the role

  • Planning and provisioning of highly available IT systems on Linux within complex IT landscapes
  • Technical design and hands-on implementation of engaging customer projects in the managed Linux domain
  • Advising our customers and internal operations teams on best practices

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Computer Science, completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration, or an equivalent qualification
  • Experience with Linux-based infrastructure and web/database services in complex IT environments
  • Solid knowledge of configuration management solutions such as Puppet, Ansible or Terraform – alternatively experience with scripting languages such as Perl or Python
  • Experience working with containerized applications (e.g., Kubernetes or Docker) is an advantage
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
  • High quality awareness, strong communication and teamwork skills, and willingness to commit and learn
