- **The Role**We are looking for a **Senior Contracts Manager** to support the business across a wide range of contract activities and drive best practice in contract lifecycle management.
- This role will play a key part in managing contract processes, optimising systems (including Agiloft), and enabling teams to work efficiently and compliantly.
Requirements
What you’ll need- **Key Responsibilities**· Manage and review a wide range of commercial contracts (e.g. MSAs, SoWs, NDAs, supplier agreements)
- · Own and optimise the Agiloft contract lifecycle management system
- · Support stakeholders with contract templates and negotiation processes
- · Deliver training and guidance to improve contract knowledge and adoption
- · Monitor contract performance, risks, and compliance through reporting and insights
- · Maintain contract templates, workflows, and approval processes
- · Drive continuous improvement in contract processes, including use of automation and AI
- **Skills & Experience Required**· Proven experience drafting and reviewing a broad range of commercial contracts independently
- · Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes
- · Experience working with CLM systems (Agiloft preferred)
- · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- · Strong written and verbal communication skills
- · Ability to manage complexity, prioritise effectively, and work collaboratively
- **Qualifications**· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
