About the role

  • Increase sales of promoted products according to defined objectives.
  • Conduct daily medical visits and build and develop relationships with customers.
  • Represent Norgine to customers and provide information about our products in an ethical and professional manner.
  • Reinforce Norgine's vision and strategic direction.
  • Know the Norgine brand and act as an ambassador of its culture and values.
  • Seek improvements that add value to the work.

  • Know the main messages of competitors and their promotional activity.
  • Present and interpret clinical data of products appropriately and in context.
  • Plan daily, weekly, and monthly medical visits.
  • Perform administrative tasks and daily reports in the CRM system (VEEVA).
  • Manage the assigned budget.
  • Ensure visit frequency and coverage using the CRM.
  • Review decisions based on customer results.
  • Listen to customers' needs and build mutual respect.
  • Develop and implement action plans to maximize sales.
  • Exceed objectives and challenge personal limits.
  • Motivate colleagues, trainees, and customers toward positive change.
  • Accept additional responsibilities without compromising personal work.
  • Receive and apply constructive feedback.
  • Understand how the team and Norgine operate.

Requirements

  • Appropriate education to work in the pharmaceutical industry and willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and other necessary applications.
  • Report visits and expenses in the CRM daily.
  • Knowledge of the National Health System and local/regional characteristics.
  • Knowledge of the hospital system and management processes.
  • Communicate medical information about products to healthcare professionals.
  • Actively promote Norgine's products.
  • Analyze sales data and propose improvements.
