About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Obtain and manage image assets and product attributes for items on Nordstrom.com and NordstromRack.com
  • Partner with internal and external vendors to acquire assets and product attributes
  • Ensure imagery and product attributes meet Nordstrom standards
  • Upload imagery and product attributes into Nordstrom systems for downstream teams
  • Rebalance and shift priorities to meet production deadlines
  • Build business partnerships and provide status updates to Buying Office, Site Merchandising, Photo Studio, and Marketing
  • Test new solutions to increase efficiency while maintaining quality
  • Maintain consistent data management through the production pipeline

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a high-output, fast-paced e-commerce digital department
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on process under tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to partner cross-departmentally
  • Visually precise, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
  • Flexible, on-call availability as needed
  • Residence in an eligible US state; remote employment excludes AR, CA, MS, MT, ND, SD, VT, WV, and WY
