About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop a team of finance analysts supporting returns, inbound, and shrink workstreams, building a culture of intellectual curiosity, ownership, and high performance
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to leaders, working cross-functionally to track, re-design and improve economic outcomes
- Build and maintain financial models, KPI scorecards, and reporting frameworks that surface actionable insights for leaders across Finance, Operations, and Merchandising
- Proactively identify process improvements and drive more efficient, accurate financial reporting across your team’s domain
- Perform and direct ad hoc analyses, presenting findings and recommendations to senior leaders across Operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of related finance experience, with at least 2 years in a people management role; retail or supply chain industry experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
- Deep passion for working on behalf of customers, with an understanding of how supply chain efficiency directly drives customer experience
- Strong analytical, modeling, and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data to back assumptions, recommendations, and drive action
- Experience managing team performance and outcomes through KPIs, scorecards, and structured development conversations
- Strengths in problem solving, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities across a high-volume portfolio
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives
- Proven ability to lead a team through ambiguity and deliver results with high standards in a fast-changing environment
- A collaborative, owner mindset — someone who holds themselves and their team accountable and is ultimately focused on outcomes.
