Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ months experience within a customer service-focused environment
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting
Ability to work a set schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Quiet, distraction-free, secure home workspace
