Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ months experience within a customer service-focused environment, such as contact center, retail, hospitality, or food and beverage (preferred)
Excellent communication skills
Understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting issues
Ability to work a set schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Wired, high-speed Internet with Ethernet Port
