About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead Nordstrom’s enterprise initiative on AI-native developer productivity
Define and build the research foundation, strategy, tooling, training, and measurement infrastructure
Research and evaluate AI-native developer tooling
Define and own the strategy for AI-native developer productivity
Identify gaps in existing tooling and context infrastructure
Design and develop training materials and workshops
Define the measurement framework for AI-native developer productivity
Build and leverage a broad network across engineering, product, security, and legal

Requirements

What you’ll need

12+ years of experience in Technical Program Management
Hands-on familiarity with AI coding tools and agentic development workflows
Demonstrated ability to translate frontier AI research into practical, scalable organizational programs
A track record of building training and enablement programs
Experience defining productivity metrics and building dashboards or observability frameworks
Systems-level thinking
Executive presence at the VP/SVP level
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or equivalent experience
