About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contribute to product roadmaps and support feature prioritization based on feedback, user experience, and business objectives, with guidance from senior team members
  • Support the definition and monitoring of success metrics, including OKRs and KPIs
  • Prioritize the feature backlog and articulate the rationale behind prioritization decisions
  • Execute on tactical plans for delivery of key workstreams
  • Support assessment of feature value and success metrics in partnership with business teams
  • Support requirements definition inclusive of wireframes, process flows, user stories, and other supporting artifacts
  • Contribute to go-to-market activities including UAT, communication planning, change management
  • Support ongoing system health and performance by engaging in incident triage and maintenance initiatives
  • Partner with UX, Research, and Engineering on feature design within the squad
  • Work with engineering during feature development to help ensure feature objectives are maintained
  • Support stakeholder communication by providing updates, gathering feedback, and keeping teams informed.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ years of product management or equivalent experience; technology, retail, or ecommerce experience preferred
  • Foundational ability to define, measure, and analyze processes to identify improvement opportunities
  • Basic technical background and understanding of software development principles, including Agile development and testing methodologies
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to build relationships cross-functionally with teams such as Analytics, Engineering, and User Experience
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills including presenting to various levels within a matrixed organization
  • Eagerness to learn and grow, with an interest in collaborating across diverse teams and technology partners.
