About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to product roadmaps and support feature prioritization based on feedback, user experience, and business objectives, with guidance from senior team members
- Support the definition and monitoring of success metrics, including OKRs and KPIs
- Prioritize the feature backlog and articulate the rationale behind prioritization decisions
- Execute on tactical plans for delivery of key workstreams
- Support assessment of feature value and success metrics in partnership with business teams
- Support requirements definition inclusive of wireframes, process flows, user stories, and other supporting artifacts
- Contribute to go-to-market activities including UAT, communication planning, change management
- Support ongoing system health and performance by engaging in incident triage and maintenance initiatives
- Partner with UX, Research, and Engineering on feature design within the squad
- Work with engineering during feature development to help ensure feature objectives are maintained
- Support stakeholder communication by providing updates, gathering feedback, and keeping teams informed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years of product management or equivalent experience; technology, retail, or ecommerce experience preferred
- Foundational ability to define, measure, and analyze processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Basic technical background and understanding of software development principles, including Agile development and testing methodologies
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships cross-functionally with teams such as Analytics, Engineering, and User Experience
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills including presenting to various levels within a matrixed organization
- Eagerness to learn and grow, with an interest in collaborating across diverse teams and technology partners.
