About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Communicate with vendors, leveraging industry knowledge of print processes, dye and ink types, embellishment and application techniques
  • Assess and approve all printed and art-related strike-offs, yarn dyes and knit downs for color, layout and printing techniques
  • Manage development and production timelines for all artworks and yarn dyes and ensure deadlines are met
  • Prepare and send out artwork packages to suppliers, including color callouts and key details
  • Create and develop woven plaids, stripes and allover prints to support key item programs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • An eye for design, print and color with the ability to create diverse and compelling colorway stories
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Technical knowledge of print and textile techniques, dye types, fabric qualities, product development and production preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Flex PLM system, Adobe Suite and Nedgraphics preferred.
