About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Managing the development of private-label products within their assigned category
  • Support the development of products that meet cost, quality and brand standards
  • Create, update and maintain accurate tech packs in the PLM system
  • Communicate with global vendor base to negotiate costing, minimums, and time and action tracking
  • Track product development milestones and calendar deliverables
  • Review garment and fabric test results and escalate issues as needed
  • Attend weekly cross-functional meetings to discuss open/pending issues
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in product development, design, production, or a related role in garment manufacturing
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
  • Experience with Flex PLM (preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (MS Office Suite)
