About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Managing the development of private-label products within their assigned category
Support the development of products that meet cost, quality and brand standards
Create, update and maintain accurate tech packs in the PLM system
Communicate with global vendor base to negotiate costing, minimums, and time and action tracking
Track product development milestones and calendar deliverables
Review garment and fabric test results and escalate issues as needed
Attend weekly cross-functional meetings to discuss open/pending issues
Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in product development, design, production, or a related role in garment manufacturing
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
Experience with Flex PLM (preferred)
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (MS Office Suite)
