About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support our Returns & Exhaust program which encompasses the end-to-end journey of customer returns
- Own the delivery of individual projects within the broader Returns & Exhaust programs
- Drive to measurable outcomes by leveraging effective communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills
- Optimize returns processing systems and processes
- Help build a strategic path forward for newer capabilities including returns for alternative inventory models
- Support advancement of our returns technology platform to strengthen returns visibility and executional accuracy across the entire network
- Identify opportunities to decrease loss from product exhaust
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant Master’s degree a plus
- 4+ years of experience in program management, management consulting, corporate strategy, or finance
- Strong interest in retail and understanding of industry dynamics
- Strong quantitative skills, including model building and insight generation (from a variety of data types and sources)
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to develop project plans and manage project execution
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with cross-functional partners across all levels of the organization
- Ability to handle ambiguity and change
- Ability to work across a wide breadth of topics, focusing in on the things that matter vs getting overwhelmed by less important details
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
