About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the intake, management, and integrity of all data utilized by the Inventory Audit Programs team
  • Champion the data needs and priorities of the IAP team with key data/business partners
  • Create compelling narratives and provide trends and insights to drive improvement
  • Own the process, flow, and accuracy of data from all supported systems
  • Provide support on data design requirements and delivery
  • Identify and develop new measures and KPIs
  • Support modernization of reporting and data visualization programs
  • Provide support during program testing and user acceptance testing phases
  • Develop and maintain guidelines for data usage

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative fields
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in data management, analysis, and reporting
  • Demonstrated proficiency (3+ years) in SQL
  • Advanced experience in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong statistical expertise
  • Experience integrating and synthesizing data from multiple sources
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP)
  • Experience developing and maintaining ETL pipelines
  • Advanced programming experience in Python or R
  • Expertise in writing clean, version-controlled code (Git)
