About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build, maintain, and update site content and structure within the CMS following established standards and best practices
- Partner with Marketing Operations Project Managers, Creative, and Digital Merchandising teams to support the end‑to‑end content creation and publishing process
- Execute daily content publishing and maintenance tasks to support site updates, campaigns, and feature launches
- Communicate CMS capabilities, limitations, and site experience considerations to cross‑functional partners to improve content strategies
- Leverage site performance metrics and user experience insights to help identify opportunities, risks, and areas for optimization
- Support the execution of new features and functionality within the CMS, ensuring quality and accuracy
- Review operating practices and procedures, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and consistency
- Research, troubleshoot, and report content or site issues using appropriate tools and resources to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain a strong understanding of available tools and digital best practices, applying effective approaches to tasks and initiatives
- Ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality of all information processed, stored, or accessed
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in web content management, digital publishing, or related e‑commerce roles
- Familiarity with web content management systems, site architecture, user experience principles, and basic source code concepts
- Strong understanding of e‑commerce success metrics and online retail goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new tools, systems, and processes as business needs evolve
