About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of program managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and growth.
  • Make resourcing and hiring decisions to build and sustain a high-performing team, aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Build strong partnerships across the organization, collaborating with product, technology, process, program, and learning teams to drive alignment and uncover new opportunities to work better together.
  • Lead the creation of training plans, learning materials, and communications that are clear, well-organized, drive understanding and engagement, and are aligned with industry standards — delivering with minimal oversight.
  • Facilitate both in‑person and virtual training sessions, tailoring your approach to different audiences.
  • Design how the team measures training effectiveness and drive the path forward to improve deployment strategies, leveraging data and feedback.
  • Manage multiple complex projects at once, staying resilient, proactive, and solution‑oriented even when challenges arise.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of experience in training, deployment, project/program management, change management, or business process improvement
  • 3+ years of direct people management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and team development
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced, complex and ambiguous environment
  • Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and sustainment methodologies
  • Strong experience developing and delivering training content across multiple formats (in-person, virtual, e-learning)
  • Proven ability to drive change at scale through training and deployment strategies, with the strategic mindset to connect team work to broader business goals
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate complex or technical information into simple, actionable steps — and coach others to do the same
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
  • Preference for: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience and Change Management certification.
