Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
10+ years leading complex, cross‑functional programs in finance transformation, analytics, or technology, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role
Strong finance operations expertise, with working knowledge of close, reporting, forecasting, and financial controls
Proven track record delivering automation, analytics, or AI initiatives that materially improve efficiency and reduce manual work
Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with engineering, data, product, and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions.
