  • Lead an enterprise portfolio of cross‑functional programs delivering finance automation, analytics modernization, and AI enablement at scale
  • Translate Finance leadership priorities into a clear, outcome‑driven roadmap that balances near‑term efficiency gains with long‑term analytics and AI investments
  • Drive material reductions in manual effort and cycle times by standardizing finance workflows through automation, self‑service reporting, and AI‑assisted analysis
  • Deliver secure, explainable, and production‑ready analytics and AI solutions that improve visibility into financial performance and enterprise outcomes
  • Own end‑to‑end program and portfolio execution, managing dependencies, risks, trade‑offs, and change impacts while providing concise, executive‑ready updates
  • Build a high‑performing team and operating model that establishes repeatable delivery standards, strengthens governance, and elevates program execution maturity across Finance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years leading complex, cross‑functional programs in finance transformation, analytics, or technology, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role
  • Strong finance operations expertise, with working knowledge of close, reporting, forecasting, and financial controls
  • Proven track record delivering automation, analytics, or AI initiatives that materially improve efficiency and reduce manual work
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with engineering, data, product, and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions.
