About the role

  • Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer’s beauty goals
  • Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
  • Set and achieve sales goals, effective use of selling tools including text and social media
  • Book appointments and drive sales for in-store Beauty events and services
  • Keep department customer-ready through organization and cleanliness
  • Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and build customer loyalty

Requirements

  • Passion for customer service and beauty, including trends, makeup application, and skincare
  • Excellent ability to connect with customers, proactively handle customer concerns
  • Empathy and respect for all customers
  • Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills
  • Drive to achieve sales goals in both in-store and digital selling
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings and weekends
  • Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift
