Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer’s beauty goals
Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
Set and achieve sales goals, effective use of selling tools including text and social media
Book appointments and drive sales for in-store Beauty events and services
Keep department customer-ready through organization and cleanliness
Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and build customer loyalty

Requirements

What you’ll need

Passion for customer service and beauty, including trends, makeup application, and skincare
Excellent ability to connect with customers, proactively handle customer concerns
Empathy and respect for all customers
Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills
Drive to achieve sales goals in both in-store and digital selling
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings and weekends
Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift
