- Own end-to-end financial evaluation of supply chain strategic investments
- Develop driver-based financial models and scenario analyses
- Build and maintain long-term strategic business models and projections
- Deliver structured operating cadences for performance reporting
- Design financial governance frameworks for investments
- Serve as a trusted financial partner to stakeholders
- Lead and develop a team of individual contributors
Requirements
- 5-7 years of progressive finance or economics experience
- 3-5+ years of Supply Chain finance or operations experience
- Proven track record building scalable, driver-based financial models
- Ability to distill complex financial concepts into clear narratives
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence across functions
- Advanced MS Excel proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, or related field (advanced degree a plus)
