- Accelerate career in sales through a structured 18-month Sales Development Program
- Participate in commercial and product training with real-world experiences
- Job shadowing with salespeople and subject matter experts

- Manage customer accounts and responsibilities
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor’s degree (Business, Sales Concentration, and Marketing)
- Minimum GPA is 3.2
- Passionate about a career in Sales and Customer relationship
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn about our Nordson product offerings
- Internship or work experience supporting Sales, is helpful, but not necessary
- Must be able to relocate during the duration of the program, final placement will be in one of our United States locations
