About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a regional account team and drive profitable revenue growth in the Americas
- Recruit and coach team to maximize growth
- Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base
- Drive market share and develop winning strategies for targeting key accounts
- Manage team budget
- Interact and cooperate with company employees across all levels
- Effectively communicate customer feedback and satisfaction.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
- 10+ years medical device manufacturing experience
- Experience in leading/developing a sales team
- Strong understanding of the medical device industry
- Willingness to travel 75%
- Experience with customer/contract negotiations.
