About the role
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow aftermarket parts business
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective customer accounts
- Provide on-site technical support and product knowledge to customers
- Building relationships with existing and new customers by personal site visits
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management
- Present proposals to improve business processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in aftermarket parts business within industry
- Strong understanding of mechanical components and industrial equipment
- 5+ years’ experience in similar role and deep understanding of aftermarket parts business
