About the role

  • Identify, target, and secure new key accounts in alignment with company objectives
  • Expand business with existing clients by promoting additional products and applications
  • Develop and execute customer-specific account strategies
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term agreements to ensure profitability and growth
  • Work closely with Production, Engineering, Maintenance and Operations to promote Nordson solutions
  • Coordinate with Customer Service to ensure timely delivery and support
  • Provide market intelligence to internal teams to guide product development and innovation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • MBA or advanced business qualification is a plus
  • Minimum 5–7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the industrial, or technical markets
  • Professional English and French language skills are a must have
  • A valid driving license is mandatory
  • Experience in negotiating complex contracts and long-term supply agreements
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office/365 tools
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (Value Selling, SPIN, Solution Selling)
