About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead generation and identification of business opportunities;
- Active prospecting (cold calls and cold emails);
- Scheduling meetings for the sales team;
- Research and identification of buyer personas (LinkedIn and other tools);
- Follow-up with leads, prospects and clients;
- CRM updates;
- Support for webinars and events (invitations and follow-up);
- Handling inbound contacts and routing them to the sales team;
- Monitoring the progression of opportunities;
- Meeting area targets and KPIs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience in customer service and/or sales
- (preferably in technology/software)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with technology and digital tools (Windows, CRM, etc.)
- Quick learning ability
- Experience in software sales prospecting (preferred)
- Knowledge of BI and data analysis concepts (preferred)
- Experience with CRM (e.g., Pipedrive) (preferred)
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and automation platforms (e.g., Ramper) (preferred)
