About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead generation and identification of business opportunities;
  • Active prospecting (cold calls and cold emails);
  • Scheduling meetings for the sales team;
  • Research and identification of buyer personas (LinkedIn and other tools);
  • Follow-up with leads, prospects and clients;
  • CRM updates;
  • Support for webinars and events (invitations and follow-up);
  • Handling inbound contacts and routing them to the sales team;
  • Monitoring the progression of opportunities;
  • Meeting area targets and KPIs.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Experience in customer service and/or sales
  • (preferably in technology/software)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with technology and digital tools (Windows, CRM, etc.)
  • Quick learning ability
  • Experience in software sales prospecting (preferred)
  • Knowledge of BI and data analysis concepts (preferred)
  • Experience with CRM (e.g., Pipedrive) (preferred)
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and automation platforms (e.g., Ramper) (preferred)
