Junior Key Account Manager – Southern Germany

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and develop existing key accounts in the Southern Germany region
- Build long-term, trust-based customer relationships
- Support contract and pricing negotiations
- Create, track and analyze proposals
- Analyze customer requirements and identify new business opportunities
- Coordinate between customers, sales and internal departments
- Prepare and conduct customer meetings and presentations
- Support tenders and sales projects
- Maintain and document customer and sales data in the CRM system
- Monitor market and competitor developments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial training or a degree in business, logistics, sales or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in sales, key account management or logistics is desirable
- Strong communication skills and a high degree of customer orientation
- Confident and professional demeanor with customers and business partners
- Organizational skills and a structured, self‑responsible way of working
- Negotiation skills and analytical thinking
- Regular travel within the Southern Germany region; company car provided and flexible working options
