About the role

  • You will learn the fundamentals of financial accounting, cost and performance accounting, controlling, and reporting, and apply them directly in practice
  • You will assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
  • You will actively participate in budget planning, monitoring, and variance analysis
  • You will analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and support business analyses
  • You will rotate through various company departments such as Finance, Controlling, Insurance, Real Estate, Project Management, and Human Resources, gaining broad, practical insight into business processes

Requirements

  • High school diploma (Abitur/Fachabitur) or equivalent university entrance qualification
  • Interest in finance, controlling, and economic/business interrelationships
  • Affinity for numbers and analytical thinking
  • Teamwork skills, strong communication, and self-initiative
  • Very good German skills and strong English skills, both written and spoken
