About the role
- Telephone and written communication with customers, sorting centers and transport companies regarding order status
- Processing and coordination of internal and external complaints
- Monitoring and handling of interface error messages
- Monitoring transit times and processing discrepancy reports as well as damage invoices
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or relevant professional experience in customer service
- Confident use of MS Office
- Foreign language skills are an advantage
- Strong communication and assertiveness skills
- High service and customer orientation
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
