• Build and develop strong and mutually beneficial partnerships with key suppliers
• Coordinate all supplier-related activities throughout the value chain
• Develop global sourcing commodity strategy and ensure implementation in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Support, interface and coordination with regional local sourcing teams
• Global management of the commodity in collaboration with local teams
• Close collaboration with the Service department to guarantee the best understanding of business needs and objectives
• Drive price and capacity negotiation process to ensure that Nordex prices are best in class
• Lead the negotiations of Framework Agreements
• Ensure that purchasing procedures are followed in the region, reporting to the corporate function and KPIs achievement at supplier level
• Participate in internal Workstreams (cost out programs, localization initiatives etc.)

• Fachliche Führung der HSE-Manager im Bereich PM
• Übernahme der Funktion als bestellte Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit im Bereich PM
• Organisation, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Begehungen auf Nordex-Baustellen
• Beratung und Unterstützung aller Akteure auf Errichtungs-Baustellen in allen HSE-Fragen
• Durchführung von Vorfalluntersuchungen
• Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von HSE-Programmen sowie Weiterentwicklung des HSE-Managementsystems
• Implementieren von HSE-Kundenanforderungen
• Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen und RAMS
• Teilnahme an internen Audits sowie Nachverfolgung von HSE-Verbesserungen und -Maßnahmen
• Teilnahme an Meetings mit Kunden, externen Dienstleistern und Behörden
