About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage international assignments across multiple countries and act as the Global Mobility expert for assigned regions and stakeholders
- Coordinate assignment planning, mobility packages, cost projections, approvals, and documentation throughout the assignment lifecycle
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Tax, and external providers to ensure compliance with immigration, tax, social security, payroll, and labor law requirements
- Advise managers, HR teams, and employees on global mobility policies, international assignments, and mobility-related processes
- Support the development and implementation of Global Mobility policies, governance frameworks, and standardized global processes
- Drive process optimization, digitalization, and mobility technology initiatives to improve efficiency, compliance, and employee experience
- Monitor assignment data, reporting requirements, regulatory developments, and mobility risks across the assigned portfolio
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Management, or a related field, or equivalent qualification
- Approximately five years of experience in Global Mobility, International Assignment Management, or International HR within a multinational organization
- Proven experience managing international assignments and advising stakeholders across multiple countries and regions
- Strong understanding of immigration, personal income tax, social security, payroll, and employment law considerations related to global mobility
- Experience collaborating with external mobility providers and cross-functional stakeholders in an international environment
- Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Additional languages and experience with mobility technology platforms are an advantage
