About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create purchase orders and support administrative activities within the project management environment
Maintain and further develop project overviews and one-pagers
Work with ServiceNow (SNOW) and support project-related tickets and requests
Review and evaluate HSE Site Manager reports and prepare information for internal stakeholders
Track HSE cases within ServiceNow and support timely resolution
Manage the PPE database for HSE Site Managers and ensure data accuracy and completeness
Track tasks, milestones, and project deliverables across different activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in a degree program in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable field
Very good knowledge of MS 365 applications
Interest in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) topics
Interest in project management, process improvement, and digital ways of working
Ideally, initial experience with ServiceNow or comparable ticketing and workflow management systems
German language skills at minimum B2 level, written and spoken
English language skills at minimum B2 level, written and spoken
Ability to work independently, proactively, and in a structured manner
Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with stakeholders across functions
