About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for analysing operational data and forecasting repair demand
Monitoring KPIs and managing supply and logistics work for materials and finished goods
Collaborating with Service Operations, Global spare parts team, and sourcing and logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery of materials
Conducting thorough analysis of existing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose areas of improvement.
Proposing and developing solutions to eliminate waste.
Collaborating with cross-functional departments at multiple levels to redefine processes and implement improvement initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 6-8 yrs experience in Material Management
Proven experience in import & Export handling
Strong analytical and data manipulation skills in Excel
Good stakeholder management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Additional languages viz German / Spanish / French is good-to-have.
