About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and shape the overall product portfolio strategy for wind service upgrades, including prioritization and investment decisions
Lead new product development from ideation through market roll-out, translating market and customer needs into robust business cases and product roadmaps
Define and continuously improve the product development operating model, including portfolio governance, KPIs, and decision frameworks
Drive cross-functional alignment across commercial, technical, operational, and regional teams to ensure efficient execution
Manage the full product lifecycle with a strong focus on value creation, profitability, and scalability
Proactively optimize the portfolio through structured scaling, enhancement, or phase-out decisions in line with long-term business objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
5+ years of relevant professional experience in Product Management, Portfolio Management, or a comparable senior role—ideally within wind energy, renewable energy, or industrial services
Proven track record of initiating, pitching, and leading new product developments from concept to successful market roll-out, including business case ownership and senior stakeholder alignment
Strong strategic, analytical, and commercial mindset with ability to drive portfolio-level decisions
Deep understanding of product lifecycles, portfolio governance, and cross-functional operating models in complex organizations
Confident and persuasive communicator, experienced in influencing senior stakeholders in an international environment
Fluent English is required; German and/or Spanish language skills are a strong advantage
High level of ownership, resilience, and results orientation, combined with a structured and pragmatic working style.
