About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform network integration of IT components in wind farms and wind turbines, including processing operational data such as SQL data
Provide remote support as an IT administrator for technicians and customers in fault analysis and resolution of IT and network systems
Analyze and resolve first-level incidents in systems such as SCADA, switches, firewalls and customer interfaces (e.g., CIF, TIF, GIF)
Support operation and troubleshooting of wind farm control systems (CWE)
Actively contribute to the development of IT support processes, tools and operational procedures
Document, classify and track support requests and maintain the knowledge base

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field; alternatively vocational training in IT or electrical engineering with strong IT affinity
Professional experience in technical support, service desk or a comparable role in an IT environment
Familiarity with IT tools and a basic understanding of network infrastructures
Experience in technical or industrial IT environments is an advantage
Structured approach to fault analysis and documentation of IT processes
Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
