Key responsibilities & impact

Organize & lead international project teams
Assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules
Determine resource requirements & budgets to run improvement projects in Service
Monitor and report on the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing
Ensure adherence to internal quality standards
Identify/resolving obstacles to completing project on time and to budget
Organize and lead workshops with cross-functional & global stakeholders
Support and run improvement projects
Manage sub-projects or projects with reduced complexity
Develop project scope, objectives and KPIs

Requirements

What you’ll need

University Degree in an Engineering, Science or Management
Several years of professional experience leading projects from definition to roll-out implementing process improvements
Experience in Service Operation environment
Experience in wind energy sector
Continuous improvement knowledge
knowledge in Power-BI & ERP (SAP)
