About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You manage the entire recruiting process for operational employees and skilled workers – from requirement analysis to contract offer
  • You select appropriate recruiting channels, actively manage them and optimize performance to quickly fill open positions
  • You conduct structured, practical interviews and evaluate candidates using clearly defined criteria
  • You advise hiring managers throughout the entire recruiting process and provide clear, well-founded bases for decision-making
  • You analyze recruiting data and derive actions to improve time-to-hire and the quality of hires
  • You contribute your own ideas for the further development of recruiting processes, interview standards and channels

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have a completed degree or vocational training with a focus on HR, business administration or a comparable field
  • You have at least 2 years of recruiting experience, ideally in recruiting operational/blue-collar employees
  • You have experience in the structured management of recruiting processes and in conducting professional interviews
  • You work in a structured and independent manner and demonstrate a quick grasp and high execution speed
  • You are proficient with ATS systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors, and with MS Office
  • You communicate fluently in German and very well in English and present yourself clearly and confidently to hiring managers and candidates
  • You bring creativity and a willingness to continuously improve recruiting channels and processes
