About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate all the departments that are considered as primary activities in the value chain (Safety, Planning, Logistics, Material Management, Quality, Construction and Commissioning).
- Responsible for controlling and updating in a weekly basis the project execution readiness template by filling out the different task’s deadlines, progress and managing the alarms to control the deviations vs the baseline.
- Responsible for controlling and updating the weekly/monthly execution readiness KPIs dashboard.
- Responsible for performing the Execution Readiness tasks assigned to the Construction team until the site team is identified.
- The Operations PM is the link between PMEPC and Nacelles and Blades GLFs to control the readiness of the main components.
- This task is carried out through PCT department that is represented in the execution readiness round table.
- Offsite support to the projects in execution as needed.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of equivalent work experience
- Requires familiarity with the full life cycle of power projects and business development
- Excellent written and oral communications skills with a proven track record in successful project planning
- Must possess a working understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, and contract implementation
- Excellent problem-solving/analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under limited supervision
- Knowledge of financial management
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and customers.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (i.e. excel, word)
- Driving is an essential function of the job. Must possess a full valid driver’s license and be insurable under our auto insurance policy. This position will be subject to periodic driver’s abstract checks to confirm continued insurability.
