About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, structure and update the Times Methodology, ensuring alignment with MTM based standards, Nordex information levels, and Nordex frameworks
  • Define, calculate and validate times at all process levels (Step Task RM Phase WTG WF), ensuring consistency, traceability and data integrity
  • Build and maintain the times database, including parameters, resources, prerequisites, weather thresholds and resource movements
  • Support the creation and synchronization of Road Maps (RMs), ensuring workload balancing, shift alignment, sequencing logic, and compliance with installation strategies
  • Collaborate with PM Technology, Tendering, IPT, Quality, HSE and other stakeholders to ensure full digital continuity across all NX systems
  • Analyze process data to identify improvement opportunities and contribute to standardization, efficiency gains, and methodology evolution
  • Provide expert guidance during pilot tests, rollouts and continuous improvement cycles for new Nordex methodologies
  • Ensure harmonization between documentation (Installation Manuals, tasks, steps) and time estimation processes within the "single source of truth" philosophy
  • Support system integration topics defining requirements, interfaces, and data flow
  • Contribute to the maturity process of installation methodologies, ensuring proper assumptions, parameter definitions and version development across all releases (V0 to Final)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor´s degree in Engineering or a related STEM field (Master´s degree is a plus)
  • Experience in process engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Understanding process optimization techniques, including methods and installation procedures
  • Experience in the wind industry or a similar manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Project;
  • Methods Time Measurement (MTM);
  • Process engineering;
  • Process optimization;
  • Workload balancing;
  • Production KPIs;
  • Data analysis (Excel advanced, Power BI), Python for process automation, SQL (queries, data modelling), Database management (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL), Data structures for industrial processes, API integration, VBA scripting (Excel/Office automation), Basic ETL workflows, PLM/ERP data handling, Version control (Git), JSON/XML data structuring,
  • Knowledge of simulation or modelling tools (process simulation, discrete event modelling)
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) and Spanish is desirable
  • Availability to make short trips
