About the role

  • Oversee all operational phases of the on-site precast concrete plant
  • Ensure the supplier complies with standards, deadlines and schedules
  • Manage and support local Nordex teams
  • Ensure raw material supply and control inventory levels
  • Coordinate production activities with procurement, maintenance and quality assurance
  • Produce reports for analysis of production, maintenance and cost control
  • Develop training programs and standard work procedures for employees

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Solid experience in construction and in working with wind turbines
  • Extensive knowledge of quality management procedures and applicable environmental regulations
  • Very good English skills (min. B2) and fluent German
  • Strong leadership skills and a strategic business vision for large projects
  • Strong analytical abilities combined with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Experience in plant coordination within the renewable energy sector
