About the role

Independently conduct risk-based audits in areas such as finance, IT, production and sales.
Analyze business processes and develop practical optimization proposals.
Prepare and present clear, meaningful audit reports to management.
Monitor the implementation of agreed-upon measures.
Support the further development of methods, tools and standards in Internal Audit.

At least 3 years of professional experience in Internal Audit, ideally in an industrial or international environment.
Completed degree in economics, industrial engineering or a related field.
Excellent written and spoken English; German or Spanish are a plus.
Analytical thinking, a structured approach to work and a high level of self-initiative.
Willingness to travel and enjoyment of collaborating with international teams.
