About the role
- Monitor and control budgets for concrete tower construction projects, ensuring alignment with financial targets
- Analyze cost structures, identify variances, and propose corrective actions to optimize project profitability
- Coordinate with project managers and procurement to ensure accurate forecasting and cost tracking
- Prepare financial reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting key KPIs and risks
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, accounting standards, and audit requirements
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; engineering background is a plus
- 3+ years of experience in project finance, cost control, or financial planning—ideally in construction or infrastructure
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, SAP, or other ERP systems
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and operational teams
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset
