About the role

  • Design new automated solutions and improve existing ones to make deploying and managing Cloud Foundations easier
  • Gather feedback from internal teams and external stakeholders (clients)
  • Actively work through a backlog of tasks, implementing new features, enhancements, and bug fixes
  • Provide assistance and support to the Delivery function and Managed Cloud team

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in design and delivery of solutions using Terraform
  • Hands-on experience in designing and delivering solutions using Terragrunt, GitHub, and GitHub Actions
  • Strong understanding of AWS Cloud security, AWS networking, and IAM
  • Knowledge of the AWS Cloud Adoption Framework
  • General understanding of AWS best practices for Landing Zones
  • Hands-on experience with Software Design and Release Management is a plus
  • DevOps experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn DevOps is essential
  • Solid engineering/technical background with hands-on experience in conceptualizing, strategizing, and designing software solutions is a plus
  • AWS Professional-level certification is a plus; knowledge of Google Cloud or Azure is also a plus
  • Python knowledge is nice to have but not essential
  • Ability to share experience and knowledge with other team members
  • Fluent in English
