About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Automate recurring finance data processes, including reconciliation and reporting, to reduce manual work and free capacity for roadmap projects
  • Build and maintain DBT models
  • Implement automated data-quality checks for completeness and accuracy
  • Develop anomaly detection and monitoring/alerting
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers, Finance, and Accounting teams to gather requirements and establish validation rules
  • Align processes across systems
  • Generate regular reports and document resolutions
  • Maintain process documentation for audit and team reference
  • Integrate new product data into existing data flows

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent, proven SQL skills, including writing understandable, maintainable, and efficient SQL commands
  • Proven experience in a Data Analyst role
  • Proficiency in data modeling and data transformation techniques
  • Good understanding of DBT
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders from different teams
  • Experience or proficiency with SQL, DBT, Airflow, GIT, Excel, and Jira
  • Currently based in Warsaw and able to work from the Warsaw office
