About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Automate recurring finance data processes, including reconciliation and reporting, to reduce manual work and free capacity for roadmap projects
Build and maintain DBT models
Implement automated data-quality checks for completeness and accuracy
Develop anomaly detection and monitoring/alerting
Collaborate with Data Engineers, Finance, and Accounting teams to gather requirements and establish validation rules
Align processes across systems
Generate regular reports and document resolutions
Maintain process documentation for audit and team reference
Integrate new product data into existing data flows

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent, proven SQL skills, including writing understandable, maintainable, and efficient SQL commands
Proven experience in a Data Analyst role
Proficiency in data modeling and data transformation techniques
Good understanding of DBT
Excellent communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders from different teams
Experience or proficiency with SQL, DBT, Airflow, GIT, Excel, and Jira
Currently based in Warsaw and able to work from the Warsaw office
